Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

Refund Process

To initiate a return and refund:

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@rajdiamonds.in or call +91 7802813147 to request a return authorization
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all certificates and documentation
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item minus:

• Any shipping charges (original and return shipping)
• Any customization or personalization costs
• A 10% restocking fee for non-defective returns (waived for defective items)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

• Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographs of the defect or damage
• We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
• You may choose between a full refund, replacement, or repair

All claims of defective items will be verified by our quality control team.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

For exchanges:

• The item must meet all return eligibility criteria
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchange
• Price differences will be adjusted accordingly

Special Considerations

Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless defective. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, which is non-refundable once production begins.

Sale Items: Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs for international returns.
